The GERTEC Grout Pumps are compact flush and grout pumps specifically developed for construction site operation. They are particularly suited for the pumping and grouting of bentonite and cement slurries or other solids slurries. The Mortar Mixing Pump MP-160-E has been specially developed for powerful embedding of rock anchors by injecting and compressing, for mining and tunnel construction.
As with all service-friendly and easy to use GERTEC pumps, also by this Mortar Mixing Pump MP-160-E, the mixing and simultaneous pumping of the material, results only by a drive motor, that transports the material out of are serve funnel over a steel transport auger into a rubber-armored mixing chamber, where it is mixed with continuously injected water.
The special construction of the GERTEC mixing pump allows a permanent pumping and compressing of machine suitable injection- and anchor mortar without great outlay and over long distance. The flow rate can be varied as required by variable available gearings and the use of different screw pumps, which can be changed in few steps.
