ABC offers the industry’s widest range of PVC coated fabrics designed specifically for Ventilation Ducting.  ABC’s manufacturing units are registered to the ISO 9001 Quality Assurance standard since 1996. 

ABC MineVent™ high pressure ventilation ducting is used worldwide to supply positive pressure ventilation for mines and tunnels. MineVent™ is produced in standard diameters from 300 mm to 3100 mm in section lengths up to 500 metres.

MineVent™ Ducting
As a standard, ABC offers the industry’s premier suspension system: a 3-ply continuously welded seam that is vastly superior to competitive 2-ply or point mounted suspension systems. ABC’s X-4 suspension seam is up to 50% stronger than competitive products and has been used extensively in the world’s toughest Drill & Blast mines and tunnels in diameters up to 3050 mm. The X-4 suspension seam is now standard allowing for ultimate safety and problem free use. 

TwinDuct™ Oval
The latest innovation in ABC’s flexible ventilation product line is TwinDuct™ Oval layflat suitable for ducting runs up to 600 meters. TwinDuct™ is designed to replace MineVent™ round flexible ducting in tight headings that require additional headroom with maximum air flow. TwinDuct™ offers a 20% improvement in headroom with its unique design that decreases damage to the ducting and allows engineers to maximize the size of underground equipment without decreasing the diameter of ventilation ducting. TwinDuct™ is available in diameters ranging from 450 to 1500 mm and standard section lengths.

Fans

ABC Ventilation Systems offers various types of sizes of fans through Toughvent. Together with ABC’s innovative technology these fans are one of the quietest fan in the industry. The efficiency of these fans is such that these fans can be considered to be used for various number of projects without much maintenance cost. Fans are available in multi-stage designs and are offered with matching frequency inverters with the built in motor protections designed for the harshest environments.
